The present appeal No. 1564/2023 is partly allowed at

admission stage. Matter is remanded back before the Ld.

District Commission for fresh hearing of the complaint by

President & Member in accordance with provision of the

Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Both the parties are directed to remain present for further

proceedings before Ld. District Commission on 28.12.2023.

No order as to costs.

the parties free of cost.
