Heard submissions advanced by both the parties at the Bar.

We had heard appellant on 05/12/2019 and at the request of the

respondent, Mr.Kishor Kende, we had finally adjourned the appeal.

Today, he prayed for an adjournment on the ground that he wants to

engage Mr.Vinod D. Gangwal and Ms.Himalee Divekar as his advocate.

However, none of them are present along with him. We cannot approve

this practice of mere filing vakalatnama at the hands of whom one who

wants to engage advocate.
