The appeal No.1743/2013 has been filed by the appellant/Opposite Party Nos.1&2 and the Appeal No.1823/2013 has been filed by the appellant/Opposite Party No.3 being aggrieved by the order dated:24/10/2013 passed by Bangalore Urban District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and prays to set-aside the order and to dismiss the complaint filed by the complainant.

2.       The Opposite Parties Nos. 1 & 2 and the Opposite Party No.3 have filed these 02 appeals against the same order and the subject matter involved in these appeals are one and the same.  Hence, for the sake of convenience, both these appeals are taken up together to pass a common order.  

3.     The parties to the appeal shall be referred to as complainant and OPs respectively as per their rankings before the District Forum.
