ORDER

The Dispute between the parties is compromised/amicably settled and the following order is

passed in terms of the compromise/amicable settlement.

Adv. Shri.A.S.pavse for the appellant/Ori.c is present. Whereas Adv.Shri.S.V.Kulkarni for the

respondent along with the respondent Shri.Shreyas Khadkikar, A.O. is present. The Advocates of

both the parties submitted compromise pursis wherein it is admitted by the respondent Insurance

Company to pay an insurance amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs Rupees only) to the appellant

/ori. complainant within a period of 45 days from today i.e. on or before 27.4.2022 and the same is

admitted by Adv.Shri. A.S.pavse of the appellant. Hence, the following order.

Compramise pursis is taken on record and allowed.

The respondent Insurance Company shall pay an insurance amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two

Lakhs Rupees only) to the Smt.Gangubai Rama Humbe by way of account payee cheque on

or before 27.04.2022.

In view of compromise the appeal is disposed of.
