          This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the appellant.  A perusal of the record shows that this appeal was filed defective and the defects have not been removed. The judgment and order dated 02-09-2013 has been challenged by way of this appeal on 28-02-2014. The appeal is time barred too. The absence of the appellant shows that the appellant is least interested in this appeal. Hence the appeal is hereby dismissed in default of the appellant as well as being it time barred
