1. This is an appeal filed by complainant in CC/46/2015 on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bagalkot aggrieved by the order dated 06.04.2016.

2. The Commission examined grounds of appeal, impugned order and appeal papers.

3. The appellant herein raised consumer complaint before Forum below to direct OP/respondent to pay Rs.8,13,000/- along with interest @ 18% p.a., Rs.40,000/- towards rendering deficiency of service and Rs.50,000/- towards mental agony which was contested by the OP/respondent and the Forum below held an enquiry, allowed the complaint in part directed OP/respondent to pay Rs.3,30,000/- along with interest @ 09% p.a. from 16.07.2015 till realization by recording sound reasons in para-07. Further awarded Rs.5,000/- towards mental agony and Rs.2,000/- towards litigation cost within 02 months failing which to pay interest @ 12% p.a. on Rs.3,30,000/- from 16.07.2015, hence such order does not call for any interference, is hereby dismissed the appeal with no order as to cost.
