Present appeal is preferred by the appellant insurer assailing the impugned order dated

22.11.2019 passed by the learned DCF Jaipur 3^rd in Complaint Case No. 897/2012

(Old No. 453/2009 ( M/s. Handicraft Haveli Vs. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co.

Ltd.) whereby the learned DCF partly allowed the complaint of complainant

respondent in following terms:
