Learned counsel for Appellant submits that in terms of the award passed by District Commission dated 22.10.2021, Appellant has executed sale deed on 13.07.2022 in favour of the Respondent/complainant. He has filed copy of the said sale deed. In view of execution of sale deed and filing of the memo, Appeal stands disposed of.

The amount in deposit is directed to refund to the appellant if proper identification by their Advocate.
