Complainant is a Director of a company running hotel business.

Opponents undertook to supply ready-mix concrete for extension of hotel

project of the complainant. Accordingly, opponents have issued the letter

dated 30/04/2001 with certain terms and conditions to execute the work of

supplying ready-mixed concrete which were approved by the complainant.
