Per Shri D.R. Shirasao, Hon’ble Presiding Judicial Member

None present for complainants. As per order dated 08/05/2015

matter was for the first time fixed for final hearing. Since then matter was

adjourned on number of dates on one or other ground for final hearing.

Matter was placed for passing suitable order as per order dated

20/04/2018. Parties were also directed to arrange files and to do

continuous pagination as per order dated 16/01/2019. Nothing is done by

the complainants. Matter was lastly adjourned for final hearing on

15/04/2019. No one appeared for the complainants. Today also no one is

present for complainants as well as for opponents. It appears that

complainants are not interested in prosecuting this complaint. Hence, we

pass the following order :-

Consumer complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution.
