09.08.2023        No one appears for the complainant. On 09.06.2022,22.04.2022,29.03.2022,25.02.2022 when the matter was called out there was no representation on behalf of the complainant. Notices were also issued by this commission to the complainant on 10.03.2021 for appearance but inspite of valid service of notice, no one appears on behalf of the complainant.

It appears that the complainant has lost interest in Pursuing this case.

The complaint  case is dismissed for non prosecution.

A copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act. The order be uploaded forth with on the website of the Commission.
