Per Hon’ble Justice S.P. Tavade – President:

This is Virtual/Video Conferencing hearing.

Mr.Shrinivasan, Authorised representative of the complainant company

is present. Advocate Kumbhar is present for the opponent.

Authorised Representative of the complainant company has submitted

application for withdrawal of complainant. He has also filed resolution passed

by the Company. Opponents are present along with advocate. They have no

objection for withdrawal of the complaint. Advocate for the opponents submits

that matter is settled between the parties and therefore, they have no objection
