This is online complaint preferred against M/s.Ganraj Group

through partner Vasant Natu Karlekar and Ganraj Height B CHS Ltd. and

ors. Complainants alleged that they are flat purchasers who had booked flat

with builder/developer/promoter M/s.Ganraj Group. Dr.Kishor Narkhede

for himself and his undivided Hindu family had booked flat No.904

situated on the 9th floor, B Wing, admeasuring 865 sq,ft,carpet, Ganraj

Heights B Wing Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., constructed by

M/s.Ganraj Group under registered agreement dated 17/11/2011for

consideration of Rs.36 lakhs including covered parking No.02.

Complainants had also paid sum of Rs.30,510/- towards maintenance of

the club house, swimming pool to be maintained by the society. It is the

grievance of the complainants that despite having paid the consideration

amount as agreed to the builder/ developer/ promoter, the opponents in

connivance with the builder/developer/ promoter in order to deny the

benefit of sale agreement of the aforesaid flat to the complainants indulged
