ORDER
Per Hon’ble Dr.S.K. Kakade – In-charge President:
Advocate Heena Sarvaiya present along with complainants – (1)
Mr.Sandeep Natwarlal Patel and (2) Mrs.Amita Natwarlal Patel. The
complainants have filed an application for withdrawal of this complaint
informing this Commission that the dispute between the parties has been settled
as the opponents have refunded the amount paid to them. On perusal of record,
this complaint is yet to be admitted. As per roznama dated 25th October, 2021
order was passed to issue notice before admission to the opponents and today
matter is fixed for hearing o admission.
On perusal of application filed by complainants, this application is for
simple withdrawal of the complaint. The application is signed by both the
complainants and their signatures are duly identified by their advocate on record
Ms.Heena Sarvaiya. In view of the same the application for withdrawal of
complaint is allowed. Complaint is disposed of as withdrawn.
