1. The complainants filed the complaint under Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act, complaining deficiency in service against the opposite parties no.1 to 5 seeking compensation under various heads, a sum of `48,00,000/- towards expenses for removal of illegal constructions on the 3rd and 4th Floors of SSV Residency, to keep the elevator in working condition, `1,00,000/- for providing flooring with tiles in the Cellar, an amount of `40,000/- for colouring to the super-structure and compound wall,
2. Further, the complainants sought for, a sum of `3,00,000/- to provide Electricity Generator to SSV Residency, `10,000/- to provide provision to lift the rain water from the Cellar by fixin
