          The complainants booked a residential flat with the OP in a project namely ‘Unitech South Park’ which the OP was to develop in Gurgaon.  Apartment No.1002 on 10^th floor in Block B2 was allotted to them for a consideration of Rs.93,96,860/-.  As per the sale agreement submitted to the OP on 16.05.2011, the possession was to be offered within 36 months from its execution.  The possession having not been offered to them despite they having paid Rs.46,00,000/- to the OP, they are before this Commission seeking refund of the amount paid to the OP alongwith compensation.
