JUSTICE PARAMJEET SINGH DHALIWAL, PRESIDENT :

No one has appeared on behalf of the complainants. Perusal of

the file shows that objections have not been removed by the

complainants. The complaint was filed on 19.12.2019. The Registry

raised the objection. Learned counsel made a note to put up before the

Bench as it is. As such, the case was taken up on 07.01.2020. On the

said date, learned counsel sought time to remove the objection. Case

was adjourned sine die with the direction to put up as and when the

objections are removed.

But the objections were not removed and the case was taken up

on 19.02.2021 and intimation was ordered to be sent to the

complainants as well as counsel.

As per report of the Registry, intimation sent to the complainants

has not been received back whereas sent to the counsel has been

received back with the report no such person.

We have perused the record carefully.

The present complaint is not maintainable till the objections are

not removed by the complainants. Hence, the present complaint is

dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the complainants to file fresh

complaint on the same cause of action, in accordance with law.
