necessay proceedings against the respondents/opposite partics No. 1 to
3 for the non-compliance of the common orders dated 08.01.2019 passed
in CC.No. 09 of 2018 on the file of this Honorable Commission and
punish them as per the provisions of section-27 of the Consumer
Protection Act 1986.

represent that the entire amount has been
paid and nothing is outstanding and hence, request for terminating the
proceedings. EA is accordingly terminated as having been fully satisficd.
The NBWs issued shall be recalled.
