Advocate Mr J B Chauhan is present for the applicant and he filed an application seeking permission to withdraw the application on the ground that non-applicant / respondent already deposited with this Commission Rs.33,78,266/- and therefore, he requested that the said amount may be paid to the applicant and the application may be disposed as withdrawn.

Advocate Mr C C Anthony is present for the non-applicant / respondent and he has also filed a Pursis alongwith copy of the receipt showing that non-applicant / respondent deposited Rs.33,78,266/- with the office of this Commission.  He has no objection to pay the said amount to the applicant towards compliance of the order passed by this Commission in consumer complaint No.2013/48. 

Thus, we are satisfied that the order passed by this Commission has been duly complied with by the non-applicant / respondent. Hence, this execution application filed under Section 27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The amount of Rs.33,78,266/- deposited with this Commission be paid to the applicant after due verification of the Account Register and identity of the applicant.
