ORDER

Per Hon’ble Mr.Justice A.P. Bhangale – President:

This is Virtual/Video Conferencing hearing. Execution applicant

is present in person. Accused/opponent Mr.Shaikh Haroon Rashid is

present along with Advocate Mr.Amit Tungare.

Execution applicant admits having signed consent terms and

conditions which are signed by respondent Mr.Shaikh Haroon Rashid.

Accordingly the cheque bearing No.000228 dated 10/10/2020 drawn on

Kotak Mahindra Bank, Ghatkopar East Branch, Mumbai, for sum of

Rs.5,00,000/-. It appears that amount deposited is already withdrawn

by Executant - Mr. Sadanand Mane through NEFT on 20^th August,

2020. Under these circumstances, we dispose of this execution

application with liberty to applicant to move for any more relief, if

required.
