This case has been taken up on the application moved by the

JD as it was earlier adjourned sine die vide order dated 28.05.2019.

M.A. No.1458 of 2021 has been filed by the learned counsel

for the JD for return of the amount as per the order dated 25.11.2021

passed by the Hon’ble National Commission in F.A. No.181 of 2019.

Ms. Niharika Goel, Advocate has accepts notice on behalf of

the DH.

The order passed by the Hon’ble National Commission is also

annexed with the application. The appeal has been dismissed as

withdrawn by the Hon’ble National Commission, the matter having

been settled amicably between the parties, but it was directed to this

Commission to return the amount deposited in pursuance of order

dated 27.03.2019 along with interest accrued thereon, if any, within

four weeks to the appellant (JD herein).

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed

as prayed for and the amount so deposited before this Commission,

alongwith interest accrued, thereon, if any, be released to the JD as

per order of the Hon’ble National Commission.

Execution Application is also disposed of accordingly.
