Appellant / complainant has filed this appeal against the

order dated 20.11.2012 passed by District Forum, Shivpuri in CC No.390/2011

whereby the complaint filed by the appellant has been partly allowed.

In short, facts of the case are that complainant was the

owner of Mahindra 575 Tractor having registration No. MP 33 / A / 4218 which
