          The appellants of this appeal (opposite parties no.1 and 5 in the complaint) have directed this appeal against order dated 11.04.2013 of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Bathinda,  accepting the complaint of Shinky Bansal respondent no.1 of this appeal by directing the appellants to pay the amount of Rs.73,585/- + Rs.17,500/- totaling Rs.91,085/- to complainant minus Rs.7786/- i.e. Rs.83,299/-  along with interest @ 9% per annum from filing the date of filing the complaint till 11.04.2013. The complaint was dismissed by District Forum against respondents no.2 to 4 of this appeal. Respondent no.1 of this appeal is the complainant in the complaint and appellants of this appeal are OPs no.1 and 5 therein respectively and respondents no.2 to 4 are opposite parties no.2, 3 and 4 in the original complaint before District Forum and they be referred as such hereinafter for the sake of convenience.  

2.      The complainant has filed the complaint U/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (in short, "the Act") against the OPs on the averments that she executed document of special power of attorney in favour of  her father-in-law to pursue this complaint. She is  registered owner of car bearing no.PB-3Z-5401 Verna 16 SX (0) CRDI, which was purchased from OP no.2/M/s Raja Motors on 24.02.2012. OP no.2 was the authorized dealer of OP no.4. OP no.1 issued cashless insurance vide cover note no.488277 w.e.f. 24.02.2012 to 23.02.2013, which was comprehensive insurance and OP no.2 charged Rs.32,496/- for this cashless insurance under tie up with Oriental Insurance Company Ltd/OP no.1
