          There is a delay of 519 days in filing appeal.  Reasons mentioned in the application though may not just and satisfactory still the fact is that opponent from this application/appeal has also filed an appeal challenging the impugned order bearing appeal No.1078/2009 and which is admitted for final hearing.  Under the circumstances, we find it proper and just to condone the delay in filing this appeal also.  Other side has no objection for the same and accordingly, application for condonation of delay is allowed.  No order as to costs as far as delay condonation application is concerned.
