Present application has been moved by applicant/appellant in Appeal No. 2452 of 2015  The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. V/s Pradeep Kumar Srivastava for  refund of Rs.15,500/- deposited by appellant under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.

Copy of judgment and order dated 06-03-2017 passed by the bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been dismissed. The impugned judgment and order passed by District Consumer Forum has been upheld.

In view of above, the above amount deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be remitted to the District Consumer Forum alongwith interest if any accrued, who shall pass appropriate order for disposal of the same in accordance with law.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
