IN MISC.APPLICATION NO.807/2022 IN APPEAL NOS. 1105 TO

1115/2019 & 1132 TO 1141/2019 & 1150/2019.

Date : 29/11/2022.

Present application is filed by Adv.P.R.Nangare for appellant in

A/1132/ to 1141/2019 for correction in judgment and order passed by this

Commission on 07/11/2022. He submitted that there are two

typographical errors in the common judgment and order. First error is in the

cause title of appeal No.1113/2019 in which name of appellant is not

shown. Second error is in the operative part of the judgment at Clause

No.3(v) which arithmetical error as Rs.35,000/- mentioned instead of

Rs.70,000/-. Hence he requested to rectify the same.

On perusal of judgment and order there appears typographical

mistake as contended by the applicant. We have perused Sec.152 of CPC,

which provides corrections in the order passed. The Section 152 of CPC

states as, “Clerical or arithmetical mistakes in judgments, decrees or orders or

errors arising therein from any accidental slip or omission may at any time be

corrected by the Court either of its own motion or on the application
