ORDER

1. Heard Ms. Pritha Srikumar, Advocate for the complainants, Mr. Sanjeev Puri, Senior Advocate, assisted by Mr. Georgey V.M., Advocate, for opposite parties-1, 5 & 6, Mr. Suraj Kumar, Advocate, for opposite party-2 and Mr. Alok Gupta, Advocate for opposite party-3. None appeared for opposite party-4.

2. S.K. Gandhi, his son and daughter have above complaint, for directing the opposite parties jointly and severally to pay (a) damages of Rs.67890000/- with interest @18% p.a. from the date of admission to first opposite party till realization; (c) Rs.10/- lacs as litigation costs; and (iv) any other relief which is deem fit and proper in the fact of the case.

3. The complainants stated that Usha Gandhi (the deceased) was the wife of complainant-1 and mother of complainants-2 & 3.
