1. This appeal under Section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (in short, the “Act”) is directed against the order dated 16.02.2019 of the Chhatisgarh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Raipur in Complaint no. 23 of 2015 dismissing the complaint.
2. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.
3. The relevant facts of the case, in brief, are that the appellant had insured his vehicle crane (registration no. NL 02 L 4477) with loading capacity of 200 MT with the respondent for the period 28.02.2014 to 27.02.2015 for an Insured Declared Value (IDV) of Rs 2,70,00,000/- against duly paid insurance premium of Rs 2,39,126/-.
