ORDER
1. These appeals were presented with a condonation of delay application and after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the delay was condoned in all the appeals and they were directed to come up after exchange of pleadings for being heard on merits. The order dated 28.08.2023, shall form part of this order as well. While allowing the condonation of delay applications, the following observations were made in paragraph-17 to 22:
“17. Having considered the submissions raised, it appears that this appeal was entertained and on 27.03.2023, notices were issued and an interim Order was passed that till further Orders, the proceeding pending before the State Commission in Execution shall remain stayed.
