3. The State Commission, vide impugned order dated 12.02.2013, directed the appellant in FA No.243 of 2013 namely Shiv Shakti Bio Plantac Ltd. to pay Rs.20 lacs as compensation to the complainant alongwith another sum of Rs.10,000/- each as compensation for the mental agony and cost of litigation. Being aggrieved from the order passed by the State Commission, both the parties are before this Commission.
4. The certificate which the supplier had issued to the complainant and which is an admitted document, reads as under:

To whom it may concern this is certify that we have supplied akshay amla & royal teak plants to Mrs. Ratan Khabya w/o Dr. B.L. Khabya for plantation at her farm at Village Piplipal, Post Surjana on Bundi Highway about two years back and we are providing scientific services to her regularly. when grown on fertile soils with irrigation and scientific management, each tree yields 10-15 cu.ft. wood in about 10-12 years. The main stem grows to height of 25-30 fts.
