1. These six (06) appeals no. 45, no. 46, no. 47, no. 48, no. 49 and no. 50 of 2019 have been filed under Section 19 of The Consumer Protection Act , 1986 in challenge to the Orders (06 nos.) dated 11.12.2018 of the State Commission in complaints no. 293, no. 295, no. 296, no. 297, no. 298 and no. 299 of 2017.
Mr. Vikas Gupta, learned counsel appears for the builder co. (the appellant in all six (06) appeals).
