1. Learned Counsel for the revisionist Improvement Trust made a preliminary submission that notice has been issued and stay granted on the operation of the impugned Orders in “similar cases” by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Commission and as such notice may also be issued in these “similar” Revision Petitions with concomitant stay on the operation of the Orders impugned herein.

2. Interlocutory / interim orders, orders passed without recording reasons, do not form ‘binding precedent’.

Learned Counsel was requested to argue the instant cases (07 nos.) on their own facts and merit.

RPs No. 122 to 128 of 2020 (07 nos.)

3. Heard arguments from the learned Counsel for the revisionist Improvement Trust in respect of the instant 07 cases, on their facts and merit, listed for hearing on admission before the Circuit Bench at Chandigarh today.

Perused the entire material on record.

4. These Revision Petitions, No. 122 of 2020, No. 123 of 2020, No. 124 of 2020, No. 125 of 2020, No. 126 of 2020, No. 127 of 2020 and No. 128 of 2020 (07 nos.), have been filed under Section 21 (b) of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 , hereinafter referred to as the ‘Act’, again
