ORDER

1.       This batch of 14 Revision Petitions, under section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (for short “the Act”), by a Real Estate Developer, namely, Budhrani Housing Developers Pvt. Ltd. and its two Directors, Opposite Parties No. 1, 2 and 4 respectively in the Complaints under the Act, is directed against a common order, dated 25.01.2017, passed by the Maharashtra State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Mumbai (for short “the State Commission”) in Miscellaneous Applications No.MA/16/421 to 434 in/and First Appeals No. A/16/988 to 1001.  By the impugned order, the State Commission has dismissed the Appeals as barred by limitation.      

2.       The Appeals had been preferred by the Opposite Parties, including the Petitioners herein, against different orders, dated 05.01.2015, 27.01.2015 and 31.01.2015, passed by the Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Mumbai Suburban (for short “the District Forum”) in Complaint Cases No. 17, 18, 19, 20, 32, 21, 22, 23, 24, 33, 185, 186, 255 and 256 of 2011.  By the said orders, while holding that there was deficiency in service on the part of the Opposite Parties in not executing agreements of sale and
