The present Revision Petition under Section 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (for short “the Act”) is filed challenging the order dated 23.09.2019 of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Karnataka (for short “the State Commission”) in Appeal No.2161 of 2011 whereby the order dated 07.06.2011 of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bangalore (for short “the District Forum”) in CC/591/2012 was confirmed and the Appeal was dismissed.
