ORDER
1. This revision petition has been filed under section 58(1)(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in challenging the impugned Order dated 10.04.2023 passed by the State Commission in Appeal No.385 of 2019 arising out of the Order dated 01.04.2019 passed by the District Commission in Complaint No.1116 of 2012.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner / complainant and for the respondent / opposite party. Perused the material on record including inter alia the Order dated 01.04.2019 passed by the District Commission, the impugned Order dated 10.04.2023 passed by the State Commission, application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal before the State Commission and the memo of petition.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner / complainant had never received any free certified copy said to have been sent by the District Commission and that was the reason the petitioner / complainant had to apply for the certified copy of the Order passed by the District Commission on its own.
