3. The present Revision Petition has been filed under Section 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 by NIIT Institute for Finance Banking and Insurance Training Ltd. (Opposite Party No.1 in the Complaint), challenging the Order dated 02.01.2015, passed by the Rajasthan State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Jaipur (herein after referred to as ‘State Commission’), whereby First Appeals No. 818 of 2010 and 2194 of 2010, preferred by NIIT Institute for Finance Banking and Insurance Training Ltd., the Petitioner herein, and the Complainant Abhishek Tiwari respectively, were dismissed, by directing the Petitioner herein to comply with the Order dated 30.03.2010, passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Chittorgarh (hereinafter referred to as the ‘District Forum’) within 30 days from the date of the Or
