          The Revisionist is present. A Review Application being RA/12/2021 filed at the instance of the Revisionist  is taken up for hearing. Heard the Revisionist in person. It is brought to our notice that by order no. 1 dated 8.3.2021, we passed an order of staying of  operation of the  order no.3 dated 8.1.2021, passed by ld. D.C.D.R.Commission and in the prayer of RP/11/2021 , the Revisionist prayed for stay of operation of the order dated 12.2.2021 ( Order no. 9 dated 12/2/2021) . On careful consideration of facts we allowed the prayer exparte  but instead of stay of operation of the order no. 9 dated 12.2.2021 , we noted the same in the order no.1, as order no.8 dated 11.2.2021 which is a simple typographical mistake.

          Hence, we allow the Review Application being RA /12/2021 by exercising our inherent jurisdiction and stay the operation of the order being order no. 9 dated 12.2.2021 instead of Order no.8 dated 11.2.2021 passed by ld. D.C.D.R. Commission, Baruipur, 24 Parganas (South) in C.C. 79 of 2020. The order is passed accordingly. The Review application is thus disposed of. Let the case be transferred to the 2^nd Bench. Fix 28.2.2022 for appearance.
