ORDER

Learned Counsel for Review Petitioner submits some clerical mistake being crept in order dated 26.112021 and in this regard he has brought to the notice of this Commission that the Commission below in para 10 page 11 has already recorded OPs have paid Rs.48,682/- on 29.05.2014.  In such circumstances, the clerical mistake crept in para 9 of the order dated 26.11.2021, as to award of interest at 9% p.a. on the claim amount does not arise at all.  Accordingly, ordered and disposed of this Review Petition as prayed in exercise of powers vested under Section 50 of CPA, 2019.

          The amount in deposit before this Commission is directed to be transferred to commission below with a direction to refund Rs.15,000/- to the OPs on proper identification and pay remaining amount in favour of complainant.
