ORDER

Respondents/complainants availed a loan of Rs.4 Lakhs from the petitioner/Bank, which was to be paid with interest. Respondent field a complaint before the District Forum seeking direction that the rate of interest be reduced from 9.5% to 7.5%. The second direction sought by the respondent was that the copy of the agreement be given to him in the regional language i.e. ‘Malyalam’.
