Aggrieved by the order dated 30.12.2011 passed by the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for short he State Commission in FA No. 138/2010, the original complainant has filed this petition purportedly under section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
