This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner M/s.Ekansh Motors Pvt. Ltd.  against the order dated 07.03.2017 of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana (in short ‘the State Commission’) passed in First Appeal No.584 of 2015.

2.      Brief facts of the case are that the respondent got his car serviced from the petitioner and paid Rs.15,000/- for the service. On the third day of service, the family of respondent was going on road and the car suddenly stopped and the car was taken to the nearby repair shop.
