1. All these Revision Petitions are arising out of similar orders

passed in execution petition numbers 68/2009, 18/2012, 13/2009

under Sec.27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 dated 15.12.2020

and 13.1.2001 thereby issuing arrest warrant under section 70 of

Cr.P.C. against the petitioner, in each execution petition.

2. It is the contention of the Revision Petitioner that, he is public

servant discharging his duties as Assistant Registrar Cooperativ
