          Referring the notification issued by the Government in the Consumer Affairs Department bearing no. No. 2996-CAD-11015(38)/1/2018 dated 07/08/2018 and considering the prayer of Ld. President , District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission  (D.C.D.R.C.), North 24 Parganas under memo no. 117/DCC/24 Pgs.(N) dated 13/09/2021 for transfer of Case No. CC/523/2016 pending before the D.C.D.R.C., North 24 Parganas at Barasat to the newly created Additional District  Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission  at Rajarhat (New Town), we allow this transfer application. Let this case being No. CC/523/2016 pending before the D.C.D.R.C., North 24 Parganas at Barasat be withdrawn and transferred to the Additional D.C.D.R.C. at Rajarhat (New Town), for disposal. Inform both the Commissions  below and direct to act accordingly. Both parties are directed to appear before the Additional District  Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission  at Rajarhat (New Town) in the District of North 24 Parganas on 26.10.2021. Transfer Application is thus disposed of.
