Proceedings have been conducted through Video Conference
as well as physically due to pandemic of COVID-19.
2. A written request vide letter No.DCC/MKS/1572 dated
26.08.2021 has been made by the President, District Consumer
Disputes Redressal Commission, Sri Muktsar Sahib for transfer of
case i.e. C.C. No.11 of 2021 titled as “Punjab & Sind Bank Vs. Guru
Teg Bahadur Educational Trust & Others” to some other District
Commission. Firstly, the matter was put up on the administrative side
and thereafter by order dated 17.09.2021, it has been put up on
judicial side and it has been registered as Transfer Application.
Reasons for transfer of the case are mentioned in the written request.

3. Accordingly, by considering the reasons mentioned in the letter
dated 26.08.2021, the abovesaid consumer complaint is transferred
from District Commission, Sri Muktsar Sahib to District Commission,
Faridkot.
4. Registry is directed to send the copy of the order to both the
District Commissions, immediately.
5. District Commission, Sri Muktsar Sahib is directed to send the
complete record of the complaint to the District Commission, Faridkot,
immediately.
6. It is also ordered that District Commission, Sri Muktsar Sahib
will direct the parties, appearing before it, to appear before the District
Commission, Faridkot on a date to be fixed by it.
Transfer Application is disposed of accordingly.
