Referring the notification issued by the Government in the Consumer Affairs Department bearing No. No.2996-CAD-11015(38)/1/2018 dated 07/08/2018 and considering the prayer of Ld. President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (D.C.D.R.C), North 24 Parganas under memo no. 636/DCF/24 Pgs.(N) dated 30/08/2022 for transfer of Case No.CC/85/2017 pending before the D.C.D.R.C., North 24 Parganas at Barasat to the newly created Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Rajarhat (New Town), we allow this transfer application. Let this case being No.CC/85/2017 pending before the  D.C.D.R.C., North 24 Parganas at Barasat be withdrawn and transferred to the Additional D.C.D.R.C. at Rajarhat (New Town), for disposal. Inform both the Commissions below and direct to act accordingly. Both parties are directed to appear before the Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Rajarhat (New Town) in the District of North 24 Parganas on 17/10/2022. Transfer Application is thus disposed of.
