1.           None is present for appellant and the respondents. The respondents are already proceeded ex-parte. Perusal of the record and procedings of the appeal shows that appellant’s advocate had appeared on 16/03/2017 after the appeal was already adjourned till 05/06/2017. However on 05/06/2017 and on next date i.e. on 28/7/2017 none appeared for appellant for hearing before admission. Appeal then came to be adjourned on 28/07/2017 till this date for appropriate order. To-day also none appeared for the appellant. Hence the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Appeal be recalled at the end of the board.

2.        The appeal is recalled at the end of the board. Presently also   none appeared for the appellant. Last chance was already granted to the appellant on 05/06/2017. Despite grant of last chance none appeared for the appellant for final hearing on last date and to-day also. Thus for all these reasons discussed above, the appeal is dismissed in default.
