ORDER

Grievance in this application is against illegal operation of factories

by Sukhbir Singh son of Mahabir Singh at Khasra No. 136/2, Laal Dora,

Village Badli, Delhi, causing vibrations and noise pollution to the detriment

of health and comfort of the inhabitants.

We are of the opinion that the matter needs to be first looked into

and remedial action taken by the DPCC and SDM, Alipur in accordance

with law. The DPCC will be nodal agency for coordination and compliance.

The application is disposed of.

A copy of this order, alongwith a copy of complaint, be forwarded to

DPCC and SDM, Alipur by mail for compliance.
