1.This review application has been taken up for disposal in

terms of Rule 22(3) of the National Green Tribunal

(Practices and Procedure) Rules, 2011 for disposal by

circulation.

2.By the application review has been sought for of the order

dated 23.08.2018 passed in O.A. No. 116/2014.

3.On perusal of the record, the application has been filed on
