ORDER

The main contention of the applicant is with regard to use of land of

industrial area in place of Common Facility Center (CFC). The matter was

taken up by this Tribunal on 15.09.2022 and a report was called for from

the respondents concerned.

In reply thereof, Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development

Authority has submitted that no land earmarked as park has been

converted to industrial plot.
