Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 (Noise Rules) was earlier

disposed of by this Tribunal vide order dated 4.9.2020 directing the West

Bengal Government and State Police to ensure compliance of Rules taking

into account the earlier order of this Tribunal dated 11.08.2020 in OA No.

519/2019,
